All fees listed above are in USD.All fees listed are base prices and do not account for the complexity of the artwork. Terms of Service
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time. If this occurs, you will be refunded accordingly. (Full refund for work not started, partial refund for sketches and other stages of completion)
I retain the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in online and physical galleries or social media, to use for publicity, prints, graphics etc.)
I reserve the right to livestream and record the creation of the artwork and post progress images on my social media accounts unless the client requests that I do not post the artwork.
Please note that I am based in Manila, Philippines. My time zone is GMT +08. I try to respond to messages as quickly as I can, but please consider the time zone difference when waiting for responses from me.
Payment
Payment via PayPal in US DOLLAR ($).50% down-payment (non-refundable) is required to start the commission.The remaining 50% will be collected upon completion of the commission. Remaining balance must be fully paid before delivery of the final art commission.For commissions that cost over USD 200, payments can be split into four (4) installments, paid upon completion of different stages of the art process.A design fee will be charged for clients who have no reference sheet of the subject and would like me to draw based on a written prompt or to design a character from scratch.The complexity of the subject will affect the final price.
Refunds
Commission fees are generally non-refundable.Conditions for refunds are:
I haven't started working on your commission (must be within 14 business days from when payment was made).
I can’t provide the agreed upon digital deliverables for any reason.
Should the client wish to cancel the commission for any reason after the down-payment has been made and I have started work on the commission, only a partial refund will be given. The client must pay for what I have already worked on. The down payment will not be refunded.
Revisions
TWO (2) Revisions are included with every commission at the following approval stages:
Rough Sketch & Color Plan approval.
50 - 70% progress shot.
Client will be charged for further revisions.
Deadlines
Deadlines (if any) MUST be agreed upon before any work has started.Depending on the timeframe, the client may be charged a rush fee.My average turnover time is 1 to 3 weeks for digital illustrations depending on the style and complexity of the project and how many commissions I am working on at the time. Complex commissions may take 1 month or more. The client will be informed about any changes or delays to my schedule.
Client Obligations
When you order a commission you agree to the following:
The client read the Terms of Service before requesting a commission.
The client agrees to provide sufficient & appropriate image references and/or written descriptions and information in the email requesting a commission.
The client is encouraged to provide reference images with good lighting, resolution and proper cropping.
The client agrees to assume responsibility for failing to provide important information at the appropriate time in the commissioning process. In this case, the appropriate time is in the original commission request email (sent before I start sketching) and the approval email (sent after the initial sketch is finalized).
Client agrees to make the payment via PayPal, using US DOLLAR ($) as the currency. (Clients from the Philippines may pay via Maya, GCash or Direct Bank Transfer.)
The client agrees to properly credit me when you post my art anywhere on the internet.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
Claim my artwork as your own.
Color my sketches or linework.
Paint over my work.
Remove my signature or watermark.
Mint my artwork as an NFT
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TRANSFORM MY ART IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Crop it for avatar use.
Crop and resize it to use on your website or social media accounts. (Credit must be given somewhere.)
Print it or reproduce it for personal purposes only.
Use it as a thumbnail or feature it in videos if credit is given in the description.
Any other personal uses that don't interfere with the clarity of who the artist is.
